Because I don't have anything to say....

I happened upon this questionnaire at Selah's blog, and since I have nothing better to say... I filled it out.

1. What book are you reading now? Karen (Kingsbury) does not have any current books out at the moment that I haven't read, so I'm going back and re-reading some. Currently I'm reading "Whispers from Yesterday" by Robin Lee Hatcher

2. What’s on your mouse pad? mickey mouse, of course

3. What’s your favorite board game? probably Clue

4. What's your favorite magazine? The only one I get is a scrapbooking magazine.....so I'll go with that

5. Babies? Their adorable when they are other peoples to raise :)

6. Favorite sounds? the kids laughing and playing together, nicely. Also the garage door in the evenings, telling us that 'daddy is home'!!!!!

7. Worst feeling in the world? feeling like a failure of a mother/wife

8. First thing you think of in the morning? time to get up allready?

9. How many rings before you answer the phone? whenever I get to it

10. What is most important in life? God and Family

11. Chocolate or vanilla? vanilla, please

12. Do you like to drive fast? How late am I?

13. Do you sleep with a stuffed animal? nope

14. Storms, cool or scary? scary!

15. What type was your first car? 1990 Dodge Daytona

16. Do you eat the stems of broccoli? Nope. And on a side note, I don't eat the other half either.

17. If you could dye your hair any color what would it be? maybe a little lighter, with an auborn tint

18. Ever been in love? of course!

19. Is the glass half empty or half full? Depends on the time of day

20. Favorite movie? I have a ton that I like. A couple that come to mind is Mama Mia! and Fireproof

21. Do you type with your fingers on the right keys? Yes. It's the only way I can type.

22. What’s under your bed? a couple of storage containers with wrapping paper and gift bags and tissues in them

23. What's the last thing you ate? WW choco brownies (with a little cool whip on top....ssshhhhh)

24. Where do you wish you were right now? on a secluded, sunny beach somewhere (Hawaii maybe?).......with just my book, a virgin strawberry daquiri and maybe Jer ;)

25. What's your favorite thing about yourself? My eye color.

26. What are you most ashamed of? ??

28. Do you have any regrets? none that I can think of off the top of my head

29. What do you do when you need comforting? call Jer or my mom, or just go lock myself in my room and sulk/cry

COUPLES SURVEY!!! ♥

♥ What are your middle names? Naomi and Ray

♥ How long have you been together? married for 7 1/2. Will be 8 in May. :)

♥ How long did you know each other before you started dating? ha...um, a week? We started dating pretty quick ;) (I know what I like when I see it.....lol)

♥ Who asked who out? I don't really remember. It was kind of mutual attraction. We were being set up by some of his friends as well.

♥Who said I love you first? I did. About a month or so after we started dating. We were on the 4 wheeler going for a ride on some friends property over Easter weekend.

♥ How old are each of you? I am 28 and he is 33. One of my favorite sayings to say around him is a line from the movie (i think) 'Sweet November'. "I collect antiques". ;)

♥ Who's siblings do/did you see the most? probably mine.

Do you have any children together? have you seen my website? ;) Yes, we have 2 adorably ornery children

♥ Did you go to the same schools? No. I graduated from Ray-South and he graduated from Lees Summit. Although I graduated a whole FIVE years AFTER him. ;)

♥ Are you from the same hometown? close enough. our cities are a whole .....10 min apart?

♥ Who is the smartest? haha.....definately him! (and I'm ok with that!) :)

♥ Who is the most sensitive? Me, of course. Although I am getting better. He's rubbing off on me.

♥ Where do you eat out most as a couple? Not sure, if we're talking fast food- then probably Taco Bell. (unless the kids talk us in to McDonalds- which we always try to veto. that gets old). As far as nicer places go, we rotate pretty good. Although Zio's (Italian) is my fave. :)

♥ Where is the furthest you two have traveled together as a couple? Nassau, Bahamas, on our honeymoon

♥ Who has the worst temper? probably me, although I don't think of myself as having a bad temper. But Jer is about as mild as they come.

♥ Who does the cooking? mostly me, since Jer works, and we usually eat as soon as he gets home from work. Although his cooking is better than mine..... lol (hence the list on the side- Things I want to do before I die.......take cooking classes)

♥Who is the most social? him

♥ Who is the neat-freak? me. although I've rubbed off on him. (funny how that works)

♥ Who is the most stubborn? depends. we can both be stubborn sometimes. I would say more him though. It's in his family's blood. :)

♥ Who wakes up earlier? He does

♥Who has the bigger family? him

♥Do you get flowers often? it comes in spurts. I get them pretty good for a couple months, then I don't see them again for a while. He did just get me some pretty flowers at Target yesterday while we were shopping. He was joking that he got me the "ecomony flowers" from Target, because he was looking earlier this week at flowers online to get me for Valentine's day, and he said that for 2 dozen roses in a vase it was $125! um, no thanks. I don't like flowers that much!

♥ Who do you spend the holidays with? both

♥ Who sings better? him

♥ Who does/did the laundry? mostly me, but he helps me out a lot with folding. (especially at 10:00 at night and our bed is covered with laundry that needs to be folded and put away and he just wants to go to bed. Although a few times he has tossed them all on the floor and just gotten in bed!)

♥ Who’s better with the computer? Him. He's my own personal computer technician. (....and my moms....and my sisters.....) :)

♥ Who drives when you are together? He does. He doesn't like my driving. ;)

♥ Who picks where you go to dinner? We decide together. Unless it's one of our birthdays, then the birthday person gets to choose. Otherwise, it's an equal decision.

♥ Who is the first one to admit when they’re wrong? probably him

♥ Who wears the pants in the relationship? My husband

♥Who eats more sweets? lately it's been him, since I've been trying to watch what I eat.

♥ Who cries more? Me.
