Baby Girl's first taste of cereal

Another "first" for Baby Girl is written down in the books! She had her first taste of rice cereal Sunday night, October 17th. She made a 'ew yucky' face at first, and it all just came back out. After a few attempts, she finally got a few bites down. I still don't think she was that crazy about it though. I mixed it with formula, and I don't think she likes the formula very much.

Of course I had some big helpers, helping me feed her......

She had more fun holding on to the spoon and chewing on it than actually eating :-)

because some things are just too funny not to share...

We took the kids to the park a few days ago, just to kill some time before bedtime :) {because you know, once that clock hits 8:00, you bet your britches those munchkins are tucked in bed} lol

So we're just hanging out, having some fun, and Jer is playing with the kiddos. He puts Baby Girl up on his shoulders (which I have to admit, initially made me cringe - she's too little!). Kodak moment. I snapped this pic....




....and then proceeded to lean in to him to show him the pic on my camera, when Baby Girl had a
little upchucking session going on........I barely backed away in time and she then painted her daddy with some regurgetated breast milk! All over his hair, his ear, his shirt and down his pants.

So we made a little trip to the van to get some towels to clean him up with. Baby Girl is happy now though! :) Kinda grossed Jer out a little, but I gotta say, I was cracking up - poor Jer didn't get much sympathy from me ;)

But he still loves his Baby Girl anyways.........even if she does puke all over him.... :)

Mohawk Baby

My little mohawk baby.........

Poor little Baby Girl was born with a head full of dark hair.....now all that's left is a mohawk on top! How many times have I passed by someone, and they smiled at her and said "love the mohawk". :-)

Yes. I am one proud mama.

Baby Girl turns 3 Months

As of yesterday, July 30th, Baby Girl is now 3 months old! I can hardly believe it! I know I will say this many many many times in the future, but I will say it again, time go by so quickly! It seems just yesterday we were bringing Baby Girl home from the hospital and learning to adjust with 3 babies instead of 2!


Sis and Bub have had so much fun with Baby Girl these last 3 months - getting to hold her and giving her one kiss after another! Just melts this mama's heart <3

Now Baby Girl is recognizing me and her daddy and smiling and laughing and cooing at us. She lights up when she sees her Sissy or Bubby - she is learning to know them well :-)
